I'm a mum of 5 and have been knitting and crocheting for over a decade

If you're a mum too you'll understand that sometimes your kids will ask you for the most bizarre and hard to get stuff (especially around December), well, my 5 were always keeping me on my toes with requests for super specific characters, customised stuff in their favourite colours, random things they'd drawn, you get the idea

Eventually I gave in, stopped looking for patterns and decided I'd just wing it and make my own. It was a bit of a learning curve but soon enough my friends, family and neighbours were all asking me to make them stuff too

And before I knew it, I ended up making a Facebook page to make things for local people

With 5 kids it became really time consuming making all these things for other people and I hardly had any time left to work on the projects I wanted to make for my kids!

So 5 years ago I decided I'd start selling my patterns. I started a shop on Etsy and off I went. After a few years though I wanted to branch out with my own website (the seller fees on Etsy are really high) so I made my own website and sharing my patterns on Facebook

And here we are - Website number 2 (long story short - this one can do much more like host courses and offer free downloads)

Have a rake around the website, I've tried to add as much handy stuff as I can and am of course always adding to the collection.
