Ordering and Downloads
What do I get when i buy a pattern?
Each pattern listing shows an image of the pattern pages so you can see exactly what's included before you buy.
C2C and mini C2C patterns include a full colour chart, colour coded row by row counts, a materials and supplies list, a US to UK crochet terms converter and a C2C or Mini C2C stitch chart
Amigurumi patterns include, written instructions, step-by-step photos and any notes or stitch guides you need for the project as well as a materials and supplies list and US to UK crochet terms converter

How do I get my pattern?
All crochet patterns and digital files are delivered electronically by email shortly after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email to your inbox (like the one in the image), click the button (Download Pattern) in the email to open your pattern and you can download it from there
All files are in a PDF format
I didn't get my pattern - what should I do?
First, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, head over to the Contact Me page and send me a message with your order details
I lost my download email - can you resend it?
Customer support for digital downloads is available for 12 months after purchase as set out in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If your purchase was within that timeframe, head over to the Contact Me page and send me a message with your order details
Orders older than 12 months may no longer be accessible due to data retention
Can i get a refund?
No
Because digital files are automatically delivered, no refunds are available once the files have been sent. Please try out the Free Downloads page for free resources first if you want to check my pattern style before purchasing
Pattern use and permission
Can I use a different yarn or hook size?
My patterns use Double Knit weight (light worsted, yarn group 3) yarn and varying hook sizes depending on the pattern
If you use a larger hook and thicker yarn your finished item will typically be larger than stated in the pattern
If you use a smaller hook and thinner yarn your finished item will typically be smaller that stated in the pattern
Please bear that in mind when altering the yarn and hook sizes
Can I sell the items I make from your pattern?
Yes!
You can sell finished items you make yourself using my patterns, but please use your own photos of your work
And please include a credit such as "pattern by Hooked with Hayley" in your listing or tag me if sharing on social media
Can I share or resell your pattern?
No
The patterns files, photos and written instructions are for personal use only and can't be shared, sold or distributed

Please get in touch first. I'm happy to discuss teaching permission or group-use licenses
Courses
What happens when I enrol on a course?
You'll get an email with all the details on how to log in and where, don't worry it's simple. You'll also get an email to check in to make sure you've been able to log in and access everything.

General questions
Do you take custom requests for pattern?
I love hearing ideas, but can't promise to design everything suggested. You're always welcome to message with your ideas
Do you sell finished items?
Not usually. I spend most of my time working on patterns for the website, mailing list subscribers and YouTube channel so there's not much time left for making and selling finished items
If you're local to Peterhead and see something on the website you like, feel free to get in touch and I can let you know if I still have it. I don't mail any physical items though
