By purchasing, downloading or accessing any products or content from Hooked with Hayley, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase or signing up for free content

Free content and mailing list

When you opt in for any of my free content (such as free crochet patterns or resources) you also agree to join my mailing list. The list is used to send you the free content you requested plus additional free pattern, updates or related content. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. Please note, all digital patterns, course and free content are delivered by email. If you unsubscribe or block messages in any other way (for example, by marking an email as spam or blocking the sender) my system will no longer be able to send you your download links, course access or any other purchased items. To avoid delivery problems please always use the unsubscribe link provided in the email itself

Digital products

All crochet pattern, digital files and courses are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Because digital products are automatically delivered, no refunds are available once the files have been sent. If you experience a technical issue, check out the FAQ page for more information or contact me for assistance - customer support is available for 12 months after purchase as detailed in my privacy policy

Personal use license

All crochet patterns, digital files and course materials are for personal use only

You may:

Download, print and use them for your own projects, sell finished items made using my patterns as long as you are the individual maker. (please include a note such as "pattern by Hooked with Hayley" when listing or sharing your creations online)

You may not:

Resell, share, upload or distribute the digital files or their contents, in whole or in part, whether free or paid, claim the designs, charts, written instructions or photos as your own work, use the patterns for teaching, classes, or commercial reproduction without written permission

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not store or have access to your full card information

Liability

All information, patterns and materials are provided in good faith. Hooked with Hayley is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the digital files or website
